That the House do now adjourn.

Until the usual time tomorrow morning.

What is the usual time?

The MINISTER:

Ten o’clock.

But you suspended the rules yesterday.

*The MINISTER:

I did not suspend the rule relating to the time for the commencement. I suspended the rule in so far as the time for the adjournment was concerned. In other words, the time for the commencement remains exactly the same.
