asked the Minister of Justice:

  1. (1) Whether any persons (a) were prosecuted, (b) were found guilty and (c) paid admission of guilt for (i) purchasing, (ii) selling, (iii) attempting to purchase or (iv) attempting to sell lottery tickets since 1967; if so, how many during each year since 1967 and for the first five months of 1971;
  2. (2) whether any money was confiscated for such offences; if so, what amount was confiscated during the same period (a) without prosecution, (b) after conviction or (c) after admission of guilt;
  3. (3) from which countries were the lottery tickets purchased.
