(1) Whether, with reference to certain information that has been furnished to the South African Police for the purpose of the Minister’s reply, any members of the Police visited the offices of a Durban newspaper concerning a report which appeared in that newspaper on or about 23 February 1989 on the remarking of the examination scripts of the daughter of a sernior official of the Department of Education and Culture in the Administration: House of Delegates; if so, what were the circumstances surrounding this visit;
  2. (2) whether any documents were confiscated by the Police on this occasion; if so, what documents;
  3. (3) whether he will make a statement on the matter?
